The far-infrared emission sources used in the far-infrared sauna room are divided into three types: tourmaline, far-infrared ceramic tube and far-infrared heating plate.
(1) Tourmaline(infra red sauna): commonly known as "tourmaline stone", tourmaline can emit a small amount of far infrared ray only after the temperature reaches a certain level. It cannot conduct electricity directly. It should receive heat indirectly from the conductive heating film, so as to emit far infrared ray. The wavelength cannot be controlled. It is easy to have rays harmful to human body, and the energy consumption is the highest. Nowadays, there are few natural tourmalines. Most of the tourmalines sold in the market are synthetic, with low cost and self-evident quality.
(2) Far infrared ceramic tube(infra red sauna): it has the characteristics of high efficiency, high strength, safety and long service life. The far infrared biological spectrum emitted by pure ceramic tube is very close to the wavelength of human body and is easier to be absorbed.
(3) Far infrared heating plate(infra red sauna): the far infrared emission wavelength is accurate, and the far infrared wavelength emitted is 6-14 microns, which is consistent with the physiological rhythm of human body, low energy consumption and accurate surface temperature control. However, the manufacturing process is complex, the core technology is difficult to master, the material cost is high and the price is high.
